G.R.A. Ikeja · Lagos · Since 1968
For more than 55 years Ikeja Golf Club has been a place to play honest golf, keep good company and grow the game in Lagos, from first swings to championship Sundays.
Welcome to the club
Ikeja Golf Club began in 1968 with a handful of enthusiasts from Nigerian Airways and the Nigerian Air Force, six holes and a borrowed football pitch. Today it is one of Lagos’ best-loved courses: a quiet stretch of fairway in the middle of the city, with a clubhouse, a busy competition calendar and a membership with thriving ladies’ and veterans’ sections.
The course isn’t long, but it is a fair test for every handicap. Wayward shots are rarely forgiven, and good ones are always rewarded.
